1. THE AIR-GAP GUARANTEE (ZERO TELEMETRY)

APEX BORE-STRIKE is engineered for defense-grade and high-security civil infrastructure environments. The software operates entirely offline. The application contains zero "phone-home" tracking scripts, zero cloud telemetry, and zero hidden analytics.

We do not track your IP address during software execution. We do not monitor your active projects. Your geological data, drill depths, PDF manifests, and operational parameters remain 100% local to your authorized physical hardware.

2. DATA COLLECTED DURING PROCUREMENT

To facilitate the acquisition of the software and generate the cryptographic license, we collect only the strictly necessary administrative data:

• Corporate Contact Data: Name and email address used for delivery of the license key.
• Hardware Identifiers: The hardware UUID(s) extracted by the operator, which are permanently hashed to generate the node-locked `.lic` files.

3. MERCHANT OF RECORD (PAYMENT PROCESSING)

APEX BORE-STRIKE does not process, store, or transmit your corporate financial data. All wire transfers, credit card processing, and invoice generation are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, FastSpring. Their processing infrastructure complies strictly with global PCI-DSS and GDPR standards. We only receive a cryptographic confirmation of payment status.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your corporate email and hashed hardware UUID indefinitely within our secure internal ledger solely for the purpose of validating annual renewals and preventing license duplication. We will never sell, lease, or distribute this administrative data to third-party entities.
