Refund & Return Policy

ENTITY: APEX BORE-STRIKE

1. CRYPTOGRAPHIC FINALITY (ZERO REFUND POLICY)

Due to the offline, air-gapped nature of the APEX BORE-STRIKE architecture, we operate under a strict policy of cryptographic finality. You are purchasing a non-transferable, hardware-locked digital software executable and cryptographic license key.

Once the RSA License Key (`.lic`) is generated and securely transmitted to the buyer via our Merchant of Record, the software is deemed fully delivered and consumed. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE 100% FINAL.

2. NO CHARGEBACKS OR PRORATIONS

We do not offer refunds, prorated refunds for unused time on annual licenses, or chargebacks under any circumstances following key generation. It is the sole responsibility of the Chief Engineer or Procurement Officer to verify operational parameters before authorizing the wire transfer.

3. HARDWARE FAILURE & NODE TRANSFERS

If the physical ruggedized laptop housing the authorized node suffers a catastrophic physical failure (e.g., destroyed on the job site), the license cannot be refunded. However, upon receipt of a verified incident report, Command may, at its sole discretion, issue a one-time cryptographic key transfer to a new hardware UUID.
